At Babyguay, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging, with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)
  • Underwear, swimwear, and earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products

How to Start a Return

  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund appears.
