1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During sales, promotions, or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Babyguay is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Babyguay is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost packages: If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Stolen packages: Babyguay is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
